This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and constitutes the slavery and trafficking statement for the last financial year ending 31 December for Hedonova LLC and any group companies, sister concerns, subsidiaries, affiliated or sponsored entities.
Hedonova does not tolerate forced labor, either within its businesses or within its supply chain. Hedonova expects its supply chain (whether direct suppliers or those who directly or indirectly supply its direct suppliers) to comply with those values. Having reviewed the requirements of the Act with regard to its businesses, Hedonova believes there is limited risk of forced labor taking place within its businesses or its supply chain.
Hedonova has Employee Handbooks and various policies in place that reflect its commitment to acting ethically, in areas which include equal opportunity, modern slavery, working conditions, anti-bribery, and whistleblowing. Hedonova has taken steps to train appropriate personnel on the requirements of the Act in order to reduce the risks of forced labor in its supply chain.
The effectiveness of the steps taken to ensure there is no forced labor in Hedonova's supply chain will be reviewed on a regular basis. Any reference to "forced labor" in the statement pertains to any conduct which is an offense under Part I of that Act, including slavery, servitude, any type of forced or compulsory labor, and trafficking for the purposes of exploitation.
